Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Efootball Arena, including registration, the player portal, and participation in the tournament. By creating an account or registering for the tournament, you agree to these Terms.
01 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to register or use the player portal. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission before registering, and before making any payment toward an entry fee.
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.
02 Your account
To participate, you'll create an account with a player name, password, and a security question used for account recovery. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password and security question answer confidential
- All activity that happens under your account
- Notifying us promptly at the email below if you believe your account has been compromised
Keep your player name consistent, as it's how you're identified across the tournament, fixtures, and standings.
03 Entry fees & payments
Where an entry fee applies, it will be shown on the site and confirmed in the player portal. Entry fees are collected via M-Pesa. Your registration is only confirmed once payment has been verified.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of registration, entry fees are non-refundable, including if you are disqualified for breaching these Terms or the tournament rules, or if you are unable to participate for personal reasons. If a tournament is cancelled or a fixture cannot proceed due to circumstances within our control, we will address refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis via the support email below.
04 Tournament rules & code of conduct
By entering, you agree to follow the tournament rules published on the site and any further instructions provided through the player portal. In short:
- Show up — be ready at your agreed fixture time, and contact support early if there's a problem.
- Play fair — cheating, abuse, or deliberately disrupting matches can lead to removal from the tournament.
- Report results accurately — submit scores promptly and honestly, and use the support channel to dispute a result.
We may investigate disputes, request evidence, and make a final decision on results, disqualifications, or rule violations at our reasonable discretion.
05 Player content
"Player content" means anything you submit through the portal — your profile details, team name, match results, and group chat messages. You retain ownership of your player content, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and store it as needed to operate the tournament (for example, showing your name and results on standings pages visible to other players).
Don't post anything abusive, harassing, illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate this.
06 Intellectual property & trademarks
The Efootball Arena site design, layout, text, and branding are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied, scraped, or republished without our consent.
07 Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or remove you from the tournament if you breach these Terms, the tournament rules, or engage in cheating, abuse, or conduct that disrupts the tournament for others. Where reasonably possible, we'll explain why.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle account data on deletion.
08 Disclaimers
Efootball Arena is provided "as is." We do our best to run a smooth, fair tournament, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Fixture timing, prize distribution, and tournament progress depend on players showing up and playing fair, and we're not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
09 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Efootball Arena and its organizer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the tournament or use of the site, including loss of entry fees due to your own disqualification or rule violations. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Efootball Arena will be handled under Kenyan law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your own country of residence.
11 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the tournament evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the site or player portal after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
